Rock salt or sendha namak to taste
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Garam masala 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10
Oil 2tbsp
